I am done with my report

I was thinking about how hard It can be for a taekwondo trainee to try to get some knowledge about taekwondo reading a book, and maybe analising the figures and pictures showed in the book.

I got lots of those taekwondo books, and I can tell you, they are good for learning some history and facts about taekwondo, but no so good for training.

Thanks to the technology, and have been able to access movies about how other people train. On the internet is possible to find from workout and stretching programs, to presentation of other people performing patterns ( even during world championships ). When I train a pattern, I can look at a youtube movie from my Iphone, and do the movements at the same time ( when my instructor is not around ).
